The Ministry of Ecology received an appeal from a resident of the Buinsky district about the unauthorized removal and relocation of a fertile soil layer on the territory of the Malobuinkovo rural settlement. The man, who is not indifferent to environmental problems, independently recorded the violation in the photo.
Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology promptly left on the complaint. During the departure, the fact of violation of environmental legislation was confirmed. On the outskirts of the village of Malaya Buinka, on an area of 37 square meters, one of the locals illegally removed a fertile layer of soil. The depth of the disturbed fertile layer was more than 60 cm. The inspectors calculated and presented the damage caused to the soil to the violator. It amounted to 29,680 rubles. At the moment, it has been paid in full.
