Inspectors have identified unauthorized snow dumps in the Sarmanovsky district of the republic
During an on-site survey of the territory of the Sarmanovsky district, inspectors of the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology discovered unauthorized storage of snow in the village of Sarmanovo on Trade Union Street and in the village Jalil. The area of the snow dump in the village of Sarmanovo was 14,790 sq.m., the volume of the dump was 10,353 cubic meters. A landfill with a slightly smaller area (7,200 sq.m.) and a volume (5,557 cubic meters) was identified in the village of Jalil.
These territories are not designated for temporary storage of snow. There is no deboning of the earthen shaft and a waterproof coating on the sites.
The land plots are owned by the Executive Committee of the Sarmanovsky district. The Executive Committee was warned against violating mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the need to eliminate violations within 60 days. The examination materials were sent to the Sarman Prosecutor's office.
