575 appeals have been received by the Ministry of Ecology since the beginning of this year
575 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year. 57 of them were sent via the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 136 messages came through the People's Control system, 44 were registered on the POS feedback platform and 338 notifications were received through the Ministry's communication channels.
Unauthorized landfills, including snow dumps, have become the most pressing issue of concern to the population. 223 messages have been received on this topic. 182 complaints were received about the air quality. All requests are being processed. For example, last week, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology went to the village of Bolshye Klyuchi, Zelenodolsk district, following a complaint from local residents. Villagers complained of an unpleasant smell from the poultry farm. Air samples were collected with the help of a mobile laboratory. Since the "Klyuchinskaya Poultry Farm branch" is subject to federal environmental supervision, all materials have been transferred to Rosprirodnadzor and Rosselkhoznadzor.
