The landfill with an area of 431 sq.m. was identified by inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. An environmental violation was recorded during a helicopter flyby of the Yelabuga district. Household waste, car tires and other debris were found in the Bekhterevsky rural settlement. A warning was issued to the owner of the land plot about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements and the need to eliminate the landfill. However, measures to eliminate the violation were not taken. Prikamsky TA appealed to the Naberezhnye Chelny city court with a claim for coercion to liquidate an unauthorized landfill. The ecologists' claims were satisfied by the judicial authority.
