Currently, there are 2 snow melting points in Kazan. Also, at the beginning of winter, places for temporary storage of snow were identified. They continue to operate at the following addresses:
- Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts: Vasilchenko str., 41b, Puteiskaya str., 10 and Zalesny residential area;
- Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts: Portovaya Street (towards A. Khalikov Street), Portovaya Street, 2a, Battalov Brothers Street;
- Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts: intersection of F. Amirkhana, 121 streets (near the car market);
- Sovetsky district: Derbyshki residential area (behind KOMP), near Samosyrovo residential area, Agrarnaya St. and near the landfill "Samosyrovo".
Places in the districts near Kazan have also been identified:
Vysokogorsky district: the eastern part of Vysokaya Gora village, Krasnoselskoye rural settlement, north-western part of the Stancionnaya str. of Kamenka village;
Pestrechinsky district: Koshchakovskoye rural settlement coordinates have been determined in the village of Tsarevo, in Shigaleevsky rural settlement, in the village of Novoe Shigaleevo, in the residential complex "Tsarevo", in Bogorodskoye rural settlement and the village of Pestretsy.
Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration examined temporary snow storage sites, the occupancy rate of some of them, according to the survey results, ranges from 5% to 10%. As of today, the Central Department has identified 3 unauthorized snow dumps, warnings have been sent to violators to eliminate the violation.
We remind you that in winter it is possible to store snow only on specially prepared and designated sites or take snow to snow melting plants, because household garbage, sand-salt mixtures, pollution with petroleum products and other eco-toxicants may be in the snow.
