ECO-leader 2024! On December 19, the names of the winners of the republican ECO-leader competition will be announced!
The most environmentally friendly enterprise, a social movement, a kindergarten, an educational institution, the media and the best state inspector - ECO-leaders-2024 will be awarded on December 19 at the Pyramid cultural and entertainment center in Kazan.
The main theme of the award ceremony for the winners of the competition of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, which turns 20 this year, will be the theme of patriotism and the Great Victory.
This year, 291 applications for 21 nominations were submitted to the competition, the largest number of applications were received in the competition groups "Environmental Education" and "Pedagogical Experience".
Let us recall that the republican competition in support of the national project "Ecology" started on September 1. Enterprises, educational institutions, public organizations, residents of Tatarstan who are not indifferent to environmental problems and journalists took part in it.
Organizations and individual entrepreneurs took part in such nominations as protection of water resources, protection of atmospheric air, effective waste management, and the best project in the field of environmental safety.
Local governments can receive an award for achievements in the field of environmental protection in the territory of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as for achievements in the field of environmental protection in rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Three nominations are presented in the field of environmental education - in pre-school educational organizations, in general education organizations and organizations of higher and additional education.
For pedagogical experience and initiatives, you can become an eco-leader for systematic ecological and educational work in kindergarten, school and in higher education organizations and organizations of additional education.
Two nominations have also been developed for public associations and citizens.
The media will determine the best TV story, radio story, electronic media material, publication in periodicals. The award awaits the best eco-blogger or videographer.
For reference: This year the competition is 20 years old. For the first time, the republican ECO-leader competition was organized in 2004 by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The purpose of the competition is to encourage and stimulate organizations, individual entrepreneurs, local governments, state inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan, teachers of educational organizations, public associations, citizens, mass media operating in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and providing effective solutions to issues of rational nature management, environmental protection and environmental safety.
