Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology have repeatedly traveled to the complaints of residents about the pollution of the Kinderka river in the gardeners' non-commercial partnership "Berezka" of the Vysokogorsky district. In early November, several field surveys of the Kinderka River were conducted, including on weekends. Sewage discharge pipes were found, but the fact of discharge and the presence of foam could not be fixed. As explained by local residents, discharges occur mainly early in the morning on working days, presumably from the territory of the former enterprise of JSC "Hiton", which is now not functioning. In this regard, more trips were organized, water samples were taken. Requests were sent to the Executive Committee of Kazan and the Executive Committee of the Vysokogorsky district to establish the balance holder of the identified pipes. According to the results of the quantitative chemical analysis of water, which were selected on November 13, it was found that in the samples of wastewater from the place of the alleged discharge, the excess of 4.07 times for manganese and 1.3 times for ammonium were detected. The reason for the excess in manganese could be bottom sediments. According to the information provided by the Executive Committee of Kazan on the balance ownership of engineering communications identified during the raid, there are no urban storm sewer networks at the specified coordinates. These pipes are not listed on the balance sheet of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal. The Ministry keeps the situation under control, visits are planned and, if necessary, joint work with law enforcement agencies, since due to the moratorium on inspections, the Ministry of Ecology cannot enter the territory of JSC "Hiton" without the approval of the prosecutor's office.
