During the survey of the territory of the Buinsky district, employees of the State Inspectorate of the Ministry of Ecology revealed unauthorized placement of construction rubble on a plot of land on Obyezdnaya Street. The total area of contamination was 1,411 sq.m. Environmentalists calculated the damage caused to the environment in the amount of 917,150 rubles.
A claim for voluntary compensation for damage caused to the soil was sent to LLC "Orchid+", which allowed illegal storage. However, on a voluntary basis, the legal entity did not compensate the damage, in connection with which a lawsuit was filed with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The requirements of the Ministry were met in full. The court's decision was upheld even after the Arbitration Court of Appeal in Samara. At the request of the Ministry of Ecology, LLC "Orchid+" was obliged to pay 917,150 rubles for damage caused to the environment. The culprit again refused to voluntarily compensate for the damage, in connection with which the bailiffs of the Buinsky, Apastovsky and Kaibitsky district offices initiated enforcement proceedings regarding the application of coercive measures.
As of today, the damage has been forcibly recovered.
