A large-scale environmental campaign "BoomBattle" continues in Russia. Last weekend, Kazan residents handed over a ton of waste paper for recycling in the parking lot of the Mega shopping center. Each participant brought about 50 kg of waste paper - this is old cardboard, books, magazines and newspapers, and in return received theater tickets. 58 tickets were raffled off between the participants – these are tickets to the Kazan Youth Theater, the Tatar Philharmonic named after Gabdulla Tukay, GBKZ named after Salikh Saidashev, theater named after Galiasgar Kamal and Karim Tinchurin Drama and Comedy Theater.
Let us recall that the Republic of Tatarstan is in the top three among the regions for collecting waste paper as part of the All-Russian campaign "BoomBattle". Since the start of the "BoomBattle", more than 276,000 people have already joined the delivery of waste paper across the country, who have sent over 1,400 tons of paper raw materials for processing. To take part in the campaign and contribute to the conservation of nature, you need to register on the бумбатл.рф website, enter data about yourself or the organization, take the waste paper to the nearest reception point and upload the report to your personal account. The campaign is held in support of the national project "Ecology".
