Acting head of the Zavolzhsky territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan Lilia Kazakova conducted an eco-tour for the kids of the Nizhnechekursky kindergarten "Solnyshko". During an eco-trip in the autumn garden of the Drozhzhanovsky district, preschool children learned that the leaves of poplar and linden turn yellow and fall first in autumn, and a little later leaf fall begins at maple and rowan. Lilia Kazakova showed the children a hawthorn bush and told about its beneficial properties. "It is important to teach children to appreciate and preserve what nature gives us. A child at preschool age is able to consciously understand and accept information about which plants are useful for humans and which are poisonous. These are all the rules of behavior in nature," said Lilia Kazakova, acting head of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
