In Almetyevsk, a landfill was liquidated after a warning from environmentalists

During the survey of the Almetyevsk district, inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed unauthorized waste storage in the city of Almetyevsk behind the Miras sports complex. The area of the cluttered site was 252 sq.m., the volume of the landfill was 252 cubic meters.

A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk district about the inadmissibility of violating environmental legislation and eliminating the landfill within 60 days. As of today, the landfill has been liquidated, the territory has been brought into proper sanitary and ecological condition.
