Environmentalists sent a warning to the Executive Committee of Kazan on the fact of wastewater discharge into Lake Svetloye of the Kirovsky district
According to the received information about the discharge of wastewater into Lake Svetloye of the Kirovsky district of Kazan, inspectors of the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Central Department for Environmental Supervision, carried out a field visit. During the survey of the territory, the fact of discharge from the treatment facilities was confirmed. Ecologists have taken samples of natural water. According to the results of quantitative chemical analysis, an excess of 1.6 times in iron and 2.7 times in chemical oxygen consumption was revealed.
According to the cadastral map, the treatment facilities are on the balance sheet of the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan. A warning was sent to the Executive Committee about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
