In the Bavli district, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed violations of the terms of the license agreement by the subsoil user

During the survey of the territory of the Bavli district, inspectors of the Priiksky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed violations of the terms of the license agreement by the subsoil user LLC "Resource". The subsoil user carried out mining operations in the Novozarechensk rural settlement on agricultural land and with a deviation from the project documentation.

A warning was sent to LLC "Resource" about the inadmissibility of violations of the terms of the license agreement. Also, the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan has restricted the right to use the subsoil for the purpose of exploration and extraction of limestone by LLC "Resource" in the Bavli district.
