Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and employees of GBU "Geocenter" left on the complaint of residents about the construction near the Kinderka River
The state inspectors of the Ministry conducted an on-site survey of land plots located along the Kinderka River between the Belyankino horticultural co-operative and the Aki settlement of the Sovetsky district of Kazan. At the time of the survey, the facts of restriction of free access to the water body have not been established. The distance from the capital construction site to the water's edge is 75 meters.
Also, employees of GBU "Geocenter" examined the nearest springs. One of them, according to local residents, has dried up. Experts are investigating the catchment area of the spring to find out the reason, and it is also planned to send a request to the Institute of Ecology and Subsoil Use on the issues of the watercourse.
As for the construction on this site, it should be noted that design, construction, reconstruction, commissioning, operation of economic and other facilities are allowed within the boundaries of water protection zones, provided that such facilities are equipped with structures that protect water bodies from pollution, clogging, siltation and depletion of water in accordance with water legislation and legislation in areas of environmental protection.
