Tatarstan citizens have joined the All-Russian environmental campaign "PULL, STRONG BOX!"
An environmental campaign in support of the new family series "Pull, strong box!" was held in 22 cities of Russia.
The project tells the story of a simple strong box guy who wants to clean up his village of Antonovka, or rather the banks of the river, from garbage. The performer of the main role of the series Denis Sundukov addressed the audience through social networks and urged them to go to their reservoirs and clean up.
Eco-activists, as well as bloggers in 22 cities of the country, including Almetyevsk, responded to the call. Activists of the youth movement "It will be clean" and volunteers of the NGO "Center for the Development of Volunteerism "Dobry Almetyevsk" together with the Department of Ecology conducted an environmental campaign to clean the coastal zone of the Zai River. 6 teams took part in it. 92 bags of garbage were collected.
"I hope that the TV series "Pull, strong box!" (16+) and the campaign we are holding today will attract public attention to the problem of environmental pollution. People will start taking care of the place where they live," said the main character of the series.
