158.5 thousand rubles was paid by Vodokanal-Service LLC for an emergency spill of wastewater on the soil in the Arsky district

The fact of liquid waste spilling onto the soil from an overflowing cesspool was revealed by inspectors of the Northern Territorial Administration in the village of Vasilyeva Buzha along Tsentralnaya Street. The area of the contaminated site was 36 sq.m.

During the field survey, samples of contaminated and background soils were taken. Based on the detected exceedances in ammonium ion, chlorides and petroleum products, the amount of damage caused to soils was calculated. It amounted to 158.5 thousand rubles.

A claim has been filed against Vodokanal-Service LLC, and the damage has been paid in full.
