Almaz Tugushev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan by order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan since May 18

Almaz Abzalovich was born in the Apastovsky district of Tatarstan.

In 2008 he graduated from Kazan State Institute of Finance and Economics, in 2019 - I. N. Ulyanov Chuvash State University.

In 2018, he headed the Department of state Procurement and competitive bidding of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On March 27, 2020, he was appointed to the position of head of the Executive Committee of the Apastovsky district.

Since May 18, 2023, Almaz Tugushev will be in charge of subsoil use issues at the Ministry of Ecology.
