A ruling was issued against the owner of the Crystal and Gorodok car washes in Aznakaevo
The Aznakaevo town Prosecutor's Office, with the involvement of inspectors of the Priiksky territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted an unscheduled inspection of the individual entrepreneur R. R. Sharifullin. The man is the owner of the Crystal and Gorodok car washes in Aznakaevo.
During the inspection, environmentalists revealed a number of violations. Recycling water supply is not used at two car washes in order to ensure compliance with environmental quality standards. Also, an inventory of sources of pollutants into the atmosphere has not been carried out at the Gorodok car wash, which is a violation of the Federal Law "On the Protection of Atmospheric Air".
The Aznakaevsky town Prosecutor's Office initiated an administrative case under Article 8.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and sent it to the Priiksky Territorial Administration for consideration.
In relation to an individual entrepreneur the Priiksky Territorial Administration issued a resolution under Article 8.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
