Ecologists have identified a huge snow dump with an area of more than 2000 sq.m. in Chistopol
The Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about illegal storage of snow behind Hadi Taktash Street in Chistopol.
Environmentalists promptly went to the site and found a huge snow dump with an area of 2100 sq.m., with a volume of 3150 cubic meters.
The territory belongs to the Executive Committee of the Chistopol district and is subject to regular cleaning in accordance with environmental requirements. To eliminate the snow dump and bring the territory into proper condition, the inspectors of the Volga-Kama TA issued a warning to the Executive Committee of the Chistopol district.
The elimination of the violation is under the control of the territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
