Water and its role on our planet. Environmentalists of the Zavolzhsky TA told about a vital resource

Specialists of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an interactive environmental lesson on water resources for students of gymnasium No. 5 of Buinsk. Ninth graders were told about why it is important to protect water resources and discussed with the guys the problems of water pollution. "People and industry need clean, fresh water. But there is very little of it and a third of the world's population has an acute shortage of it. Humanity should use water rationally, because it is a valuable resource that can become more expensive than oil," environmentalists say. During the lesson, students were shown a short film "The Civilization of Water".
