Places for temporary storage of snow have been determinated in Kazan
For today, the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan has provided places for temporary storage of snow at the following addresses:
Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts: Vasilchenko str., 41b and Puteiskaya str., 10;
Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts: Portovaya str. (towards A.Khalikov str.), Portovaya str., 2a, Battalov Brothers str.;
Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts: intersection of F. Amirkhana and M. Mil streets (in the car market area);
Sovetsky district: Derbyshki residential area (behind KOMZ), near the Samosyrovo residential area and in the very Samosyrovo, Agrarnaya str.
Also, places in the districts close to Kazan have been determined, such as:
Vysokogorsky district: the eastern part of the village Vysokaya Gora, Krasnoselskoye rural settlement north-western part of the Stancionnaya street in village of Kamenka;
Pestrechinsky district: Koshchakovskoye rural settlement coordinates are determined in Tsarevo village, in Shigaleevsky rural settlement, in the village of Novoe Shigaleevo, in the residential complex "Tsarevo", in Bogorodskoye rural settlement and the village of Pestretsy.
We remind you that in winter, the storage of collected snow is allowed to be carried out on specially prepared and designated sites or to take snow to snow melting plants. The placement and operation of snow melting plants must comply with the requirements of legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. It is not allowed to place snow storage sites in the first and second zones of sanitary protection zones of sources of household and drinking water supply, snow dumping on the surface of the ice cover of reservoirs and catchment area, as well as within a radius of 50 m from sources of non-centralized water supply.
The danger of unauthorized storage lies in the content of household garbage, sand-salt mixtures, contamination with petroleum products and other ecotoxicants in the snow.
For violations of the conditions for the placement of snow dumps, legal entities and individuals may be brought to administrative responsibility, depending on the circumstances of the offense, under Articles 6.3, 8.2, 8.13, 8.42 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, entailing fines. Punishment can be imposed on citizens from a warning to a fine of 5 thousand rubles, on officials up to 30 thousand rubles, on individual entrepreneurs up to 50 thousand rubles, and on a legal entity up to 500 thousand rubles.
