Eco-park Company will pay 6 million rubles for waste disposal
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan has sent an enforcement document on compulsory compensation for damage in the amount of 6 million rubles to the Bailiff Department No. 2 in the Sovetsky district of Kazan.
It should be recalled that in the summer of 2023, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded KAMAZ at the time of dumping waste on the soil. As part of the administrative investigation, the violation was recorded three times. The owner of KAMAZ is Eco-park Company. The damage to the soil caused by the dumping of waste amounted to about 6 million rubles. The
damage was never reimbursed on a voluntary basis, and therefore the Ministry appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, and then to the Bailiff's Office No. 2 in the Sovetsky district of Kazan. The damage from the Ecopark Company will be forcibly recovered.
