7 November 2022, Monday

Kazan schools No. 12 and No. 141 of the Vakhitovsky and Sovetsky districts have their own squad of young naturalists. Leysan Sattarova, a leading specialist of the Department of Environmental Education and Interaction with Public Organizations of the Ministry of Ecology, and Andrey Agarkov, Deputy Chairman of the regional branch of the RGS in the Republic of Tatarstan, came to congratulate and accept schoolchildren into the ranks of the young naturalists.

They told that the Ministry of Ecology together with the RGS annually holds republican contests, promotions and children can participate in all environmental events and win valuable prizes.

"Ecology is becoming a popular direction in education and it is very important for us to educate an environmentally literate generation. After all, students who have received a good ecological representation of the world around them will treat nature more carefully in the future," Leysan Sattarova noted. It should be recalled that 1,600 schoolchildren have already become young naturalists in Tatarstan.

For reference:

Since 2018, the Ministry, together with interested organizations, has been working to activate the movement of young naturalists of the Republic of Tatarstan.
