The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint about the restriction of free access of residents to two ponds in the village of Klyuchevka in Bugulminsky district.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration found out that the owner of the land plot on which the ponds are located is an individual, which violates the "Water Code of the Russian Federation" No. 74-FZ of 03.06.2006.. Also, during the survey of the territory, restrictive signs were observed, which were installed illegally and restrict access to water bodies.
Environmentalists sent a statement of claim to the Bugulma City Court to invalidate the ownership of this land plot, since water bodies are located on it.
Let us recall that the coastal belt should be accessible to anyone who wants to approach the water body. Land plots within the boundaries of coastal strips of water bodies are not subject to privatization. All fences and guards on the shoreline are illegal.
