Inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan found unauthorized storage of construction waste in the water protection zone of the Shilna River in the Tukayevsky district. The total area of the landfill was 220 sq.m.
The owner of the plot turned out to be the Executive Committee of the Maloshilninsky rural settlement.
Environmentalists issued a warning, which the Executive Committee did not fulfill on time. According to the decision of the magistrate's court, a fine of 10 thousand rubles was issued. A statement of claim was also sent to the Tukayevsky District Court with a demand to clear the territory. According to the court decision, the violator was obliged to liquidate the unauthorized waste dump by the end of November.
At the moment, the Executive Committee of the Maloshilninsky rural settlement took out all the garbage and cleaned the territory.
