From September 27 to 29, the Republican meeting of the youth environmental movement "It will be clean" and a meeting of young naturalists of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Baitik REC. The closing ceremony of the rally and awarding of the winners took place today.
130 eco-activists and 220 young scientists from 30 districts of Tatarstan gathered together to talk about their initiatives and projects in the field of ecology. The participants were waiting for a three-day educational and entertainment program, in which activists were able not only to share their ideas, but also to make new acquaintances. Educational workshops, exciting quests, games were organized for the children, and excursions to the museum of Kazan Federal University and to the Blue Lakes were waiting for young naturalists.
Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Yegor Tarnavsky arrived today to congratulate and reward eco-activists. "I am glad to see such a large number of activists here, those who show a keen interest in environmental activities. Thank you all very much, because you make an invaluable contribution to the preservation of our nature," the Deputy Minister said.
"The Republican Rally is an annual event that is held to create conditions and involve young people in the implementation of eco–projects. And since 2018, the Ministry of Ecology has been supporting the movement of young naturalists of the Republic of Tatarstan together with RGS and other public organizations," said Damir Valiullin, Head of the Department of Information Systems and Environmental Education of the Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The organizers of the Republican event were the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the RGS in the Republic of Tatarstan, the youth public organization "It Will be clean" of the Republic of Tatarstan.
