The clearing of the Bersut River within the framework of the national project "Ecology" has been completed by a third

Ilnur Nasretdinov, Head of the Department of Economics and Project Activities of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Artemyev, Head of the Department of Water Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Ruslan Nikiforov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Mamadyshsky district, assessed the progress of work within the framework of the federal project "Conservation of Unique Water bodies" of the national project "Ecology" on the Bersut River near the village of Kamsky Lespromkhoz of the Mamadyshsky district.

At the moment, about 20 thousand cubic meters of bottom sediments have been extracted from the bottom of the river with the help of a dredger, a swamp excavator and dump trucks are also working at the facility. In total, it is planned to raise more than 65 thousand cubic meters of bottom sediments from the bottom. The expected result of the clearing is that the hydrological properties of the river will improve, the throughput, water flow and water exchange will increase, there will be no stagnant phenomena that negatively affect the ecosystem of the reservoir. 

The deadline for the implementation of measures to clear the riverbed of the Bersut river near the village of Kamsky Lespromkhoz of Mamadyshsky district is from 2022 to 2023. After completion of the work, the quality of life will improve among the population of the village of Kamsky Lespromkhoz, the village of Zverosovkhoz, the village of Novy, the village of Bersut. The total cost of all events is 113 million rubles.
