According to the results of the 1st quarter, 521 inspections were carried out within the framework of state control (supervision) and 494 violations of environmental legislation were revealed, 489 of them were eliminated. Administrative fines were imposed in the amount of 11 million 425 thousand rubles. Also, the violators were sent claims and civil actions for compensation for damage caused to the environment in the total amount of 27 million 552 thousand rubles. To make a procedural decision, 5 materials were sent to law enforcement agencies, 1 of them was prosecuted under Part 1 of Article 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal Entrepreneurship". Unidentified persons carried out the extraction of common minerals during the suspension of the right to use the subsoil on the territory of the Krasnogorsky rural settlement of the Mamadyshsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The damage caused amounted to about 1 million 559 thousand rubles.
