Environmentalists have revealed environmental violations at the foundry of Naberezhnye Chelny
Following the appeals of citizens, inspectors of the Kama territorial administration of the Ministry went to one of the enterprises of Avtograd. During the inspection, environmentalists found a number of violations in the field of atmospheric air protection, namely: the passports of the gas cleaning plant have not been developed in accordance with the established procedure and the installation for capturing and neutralizing pollutants emitted into the atmosphere is not used, and the bag filters of the shot blasting plant require replacement. Also, the organization did not register objects that have a negative impact on the environment and did not conduct an inventory of sources of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.
Based on the above facts, protocols have been drawn up in respect of a legal entity under Part 3 of Article 8.21 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan, Article 8.46 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan and Article 8.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The violator was given a representation on the elimination of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense for a period of one month.
