The republican seminar on environmental education was held in the Pestrechinsky district
Today, a republican seminar "Ecological education of preschool children through the introduction of an interactive didactic screen into the educational process" was held in the MBDOU Pestrechinsky kindergarten "Kaenkai". The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Agarkov and Senior specialist of the Environmental Education Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan Ekaterina Veretennikova. The seminar was devoted to separate waste collection, chemical properties of water and wildlife of the Republic of Tatarstan. The children also demonstrated outfits made of throwaway material. The clothes and accessories of the pupils were made of polyethylene, cardboard, paper, cellulose, and other materials. Children showed their skill, accuracy, aesthetic qualities and elegance.
"Children are the future of our republic and the level of their responsibility and involvement in environmental conservation depends on us. We have seen how responsibly you treat the topic of caring for nature. We hope that you will continue to be active participants in our events," Ekaterina Veretennikova addressed the children.
Let us recall that in 2021, the regional branch of the WOO "Russian Geographical Society" in the Republic of Tatarstan implemented the project "Nature is our home". The project was implemented at the expense of funds allocated by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of a competition to provide subsidies to non-profit organizations. Kindergarten "Kaenkai" also became the owner of a multifunctional screen. The purpose of this project is to develop spatial and ecological thinking that promotes the development of curiosity in preschool children.
