Environmentalists have discovered an unauthorized snow dump in the Sovetsky district
The Ministry of Ecology received an appeal from citizens about the illegal storage of snow near "Rechnik" gardeners' non-commercial partnership in the Sovetsky district. Employees of the Central Territorial Administration carried out a field visit, during which the fact of environmental violations was confirmed. The total storage area of snow masses was more than 950 sq.m., volume – 900 cubic meters.m. The specialists of the Environmental Supervision Department selected samples of polluted snow. According to the results of laboratory tests, the selected samples with toxic substances belong to hazard class 4.
In relation to the administration of the Sovetsky district of Kazan, a protocol has been drawn up under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Additionally, we inform you that according to the available photo and video materials, where the fact of snow dumping was recorded, notices were also sent to KAMAZ drivers to compile administrative material.
