The landfill with an area of more than 5 thousand square meters was identified by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. An environmental violation was recorded in September 2021 during a helicopter flyby of Bugulma district. The grit of building bricks, wood waste and other debris formed as a result of the demolition and disassembly of buildings was found on the streets of Montazhnaya, Zalakova and Puteyskaya in Bugulma. Information was sent to the Executive Committee of Bugulma to take measures and eliminate unauthorized waste disposal. The deadline was 2 months. However, measures to eliminate the violation were not taken. According to this fact, a protocol on an administrative offense under Part 1 of art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation was drawn up against a legal entity of the Executive Committee of Bugulma. The case materials were sent to the Bugulma City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan for consideration. The court decided to impose a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
