Unauthorized storage of snow was revealed by environmentalists
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens on the fact of unauthorized storage of snow at the address in the car market area on Amirkhan Street. The state inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry carried out a field visit. The fact of violation of environmental legislation was confirmed, namely violation of the rules of landscaping 121.8 "Storing snow in unidentified places".
According to this fact, a request will be sent to the Rosreestr Department to determine the owner of the land plot.
After determining the owner of the land plot, administrative measures will be taken under Part 1 of Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan "Violation of municipal rules for the improvement of territories of settlements and urban districts, municipal waste management rules". For this violation, a fine is provided for officials from 15 to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities from 200 to 500 thousand rubles.
