For violation of the requirements for the protection of a water body, a construction organization faces a fine
"The cement mortar flows directly into the pond in the Cascade Ponds Park. Help!" - such a message was received by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration from concerned residents of Almetyevsk. Environmentalists promptly went to the place. During the survey, it was found that one of the construction organizations dumps cement mortar on the ground, and then it flows into the reservoir.
In relation to the legal entity, a protocol was drawn up under Part 4 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of requirements for the protection of water bodies, which may lead to their pollution, clogging and (or) depletion." Also during the inspection it turned out that the organization does not have permits for the discharge of wastewater into water bodies. As a result, another protocol was drawn up, this time under Article 7.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Unauthorized occupation of a water body or part of it, or their use without documents, on the basis of which the right to use a water body or part of it arises, or water use in violation of its conditions." The guilty person faces a fine of 150 thousand rubles.
