The Ministry of Ecology has reviewed and resolved over 90% of Tatarstan citizens' appeals
Residents of the republic are actively interested in environmental issues and continue to report environmental violations. Since the beginning of the year, the Ministry has received 8,432 appeals, 91% of which have already been resolved.
The most popular category of "landfills" accounts for most of the messages – 5,368. There are 1,223 applications related to atmospheric air quality and 908 related to water quality.
Schoolchildren continue to be the most active assistants of environmentalists. 3794 notifications were received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. 3151 messages were submitted for consideration through the Ministry's Internet reception, 1310 - in the People's Control system. 177 requests have been registered on the feedback platform "POS".
