The Ministry additionally receives information on the state of atmospheric air from 5 pollution control points (PCP) of the PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim enterprise. This was made possible thanks to an additional agreement on the mutual transfer of data online. It should be noted that the Nizhnekamsk industrial hub is a major center of the petrochemical and oil refining industry, today 62 industrial enterprises operate on the territory. An additional agreement with PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim makes it possible to expand the monitoring zones and will make it possible to take measures even more quickly in case of detection of excess of permissible standards of pollutants in the air.
In addition, at the moment the Ministry is working on the possibility of organizing the online receipt of data from automatic atmospheric air monitoring stations of JSC TANECO.
It should be recalled that 5 automatic stations for atmospheric air pollution control (ASAAPC) and 1 mobile environmental laboratory (MEL) also monitor atmospheric air pollution in the territory of Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsk district. ASAAPC and MEL are equipped with modern ecological and analytical equipment that provides the determination of 36 pollutants and 5 meteorological parameters. More than 1 million measurements are carried out annually by the continuous monitoring system.
