1200 young coniferous trees were planted by cadets of the Novosibirsk Military Institute of the Internal Troops of the Russian Federation as part of the All-Russian campaign "Save the Forest"

Military personnel of the Kazan special purpose detachment of the Rosgvardiya and cadets of the Novosibirsk Military Order of Zhukov Institute named after I.K. Yakovlev took part in the annual All-Russian campaign for the restoration of forests "Save the forest". The event, at the invitation of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held in the suburban Matyushinsky forestry of Kazan.  

Previously, servicemen have repeatedly participated in various environmental actions aimed at preserving and increasing the natural resources of the republic. They cleared park areas and springs, put in order the memorable places of Tatarstan. This time, they helped "lungs of the planet". Kazan commandos and cadets of the Novosibirsk Military Institute of Rosgvardiya planted about 1.200 young coniferous trees in the allocated area of the Matyushinsky forestry.

"The main task of the environmental campaign is to help nature recover. It will protect our generation and the future of our children," said Colonel Sergey Khairudinov, commander of the Kazan special forces detachment of the PRIVO VNG of the Russian Federation.
