The ecologists' order has not been fulfilled. The case materials were sent to the Almetyevsk Magistrate's Court
An unauthorized dump of construction waste on Geofizicheskaya st. in Almetyevsk was identified by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry through the information system "People's Control". The total area of the cluttered territory was 1200 sq.m.
In respect of a legal entity, a protocol has been drawn up under part 1 of art.8.2 of The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with requirements in the field of environmental protection during collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste", a fine of 100 thousand rubles was also imposed and an order was issued to eliminate the offense within 30 days. In view of the fact that the order was not fulfilled, environmentalists drew up a protocol under Article 19.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Failure to take measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense by the decision of the body that reviewed the case of an administrative offense." The case materials were sent for consideration to the Almetyevsk Magistrate's Court.
