The dump with an area of 1900 sq.m. was discovered by environmentalists in Almetyevsk
The address of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan through the "People's Control" system received an appeal from citizens about an unauthorized dump in the RTS microdistrict of Almetyevsk. The inspectors carried out a visit, during which the fact of environmental violations was confirmed. Construction waste and debris from the dismantling of road surfaces littered the territory on an area of 1.900 sq. m., the volume was more than 100 cubic meters.m.
An administrative protocol has been drawn up against the guilty person under part 1 of art.8.2 of The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with requirements in the field of environmental protection during collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste". Environmentalists sent a request to the Department of the Federal Register of the Republic of Tatarstan and found that the use of land for a convenience store is allowed in this territory. Since the land plot was not used for its intended purpose, the materials were sent to the Committee of Land and Property Relations and urban Development of the Almetyevsk district for taking measures.
