Landfill the size of two football fields revealed in Kazan
The fact of unauthorized storage of construction bricks was revealed during the raid by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry on the Siberian Tract of the Soviet district. During the survey, it was also found that the waste littered the territory of the water protection zone – Knoxa river. The total area of the contaminated site was more than 12 thousand sq.m., the volume was 18 thousand cubic meters.m.
Protocols have been drawn up with respect to a legal entity under Part 1 of Article 8.42 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Use of the coastal protective strip of a water body, water protection zone of a water body in violation of the restrictions of economic and other activities", Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements during collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste".
