Inspectors of the South-Eastern TA revealed a number of violations in the Almetyevsk district
During the monitoring by ecologists of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, a number of violations of the rules for the protection of water bodies were revealed at the site of the village of Tikhonovka in the Almetyevsk district. During the survey of the territory, the fact of dumping clay solution into the Stepnoy Zai River by an enterprise carrying out earthworks was established. Also, repeated water intake from the river was recorded using a corrugated hose connected to a motor pump for horizontal directional drilling. In addition, parking and movement of vehicles has been carried out 8 meters from the water body, on the coastal strip.
According to the above facts, protocols have been drawn up in respect of a legal entity under Part 1 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, Part 1 of Article 8.42 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and art.7.6 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
