The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the activities of the Zakamsky territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for the first half of 2021. The report on the work done was presented today by the head of the Zakamsky TA Alexey Lobanov. 

The fact of unlicensed sand mining was revealed by environmentalists in the Kzyl-Yar rural settlement of the Bavli district. 

Assistance in the implementation of the national project "Ecology", promotion of environmental entrepreneurship, as well as the development of projects and programs aimed at solving environmental problems in the regions of the Russian Federation – these are the goals of the project "Innovative Business Navigator" 2021.

Last weekend, an ecological holiday "It will be clean in Tatarstan!" was held in the village of Burbash in the Baltasinsky district. The first event in 2021 was organized within the framework of the XIV Republican Children's Muslim Sabantuy using a grant from the President of the Russian Federation.

The voluntary clean-up held last weekend on the territory of the Blue Lake in Kazan gathered a total of more than 60 people. Divers of the underwater research group named after A. A. Leonov took part in the action, as well as volunteers of the health and educational complex "Baitik", representatives of public organizations and residents of the city. Activists and concerned residents brought order to the coastal zone, and divers cleaned the bottom of the reservoir.

The raid to identify the operation of vehicles with excess toxicity standards was conducted by inspectors of the Central Technical Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan together with traffic police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the federal highway M7 – the traffic police post "Malinovka", specialists checked more than 220 cars, 5 of them did not meet the requirements. 

In "Kindergarten No. 394" of the Sovetsky district of Kazan, together with the inspectors of the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, an environmental event was held for preschool children.

On July 28, 2021, the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center will host a round table on the topic "Prospects for implementing joint environmental projects for the conservation of snow leopards", dedicated to determining the formats of interaction within the framework of projects for the conservation of rare animal species in the transboundary territories of Russia and neighboring countries. 

The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is holding a competition for the title of laureate of the International Environmental Award "EcoWorld" in 2021. 

Today, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the interdepartmental working group on climate policy and decarbonization of the Republic of Tatarstan.
