The fact of unlicensed sand mining was revealed by environmentalists in the Kzyl-Yar rural settlement of the Bavli district. Specialists of the Priiksky territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan found loaders on the spot, whose actions were carried out with the use of special equipment. The total area of the seized common minerals was 220 sq. m., the volume was 330 cubic meters. m. A protocol against the guilty person under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Use of mineral resources without a license for the use of mineral resources" has been drawn up, the violator faces a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
