Today, inspectorsoftheCentralTerritorialDepartmentundertheMinistryofEcologyandNaturalResourcesof the Republic of Tatarstan organized a raid to the Aviastroitelny disrict of Kazanin the framework of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign. A landfill of construction waste was detected on Chapaeva street, where a nursery is being constructed — it takes up the area of 250 square meters with total volume of 150 cubic meters. InspectorsoftheCentralTerritorialDepartmentdrewanadministrativeprotocolagainst“Barakat Stroy” OOO regarding violation of Article 52 of the Federal Law“On environmental protection” and Article 42 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation. Theoffenders committed themselves to carry out sanitary cleaning of the territory within two weeks.

A field session of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today in Mendeleevsk. First Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Kamalov held the meeting. Themattersregardingholdingofatwo-monthsanitaryandecologicalcampaign on cleaning of the territories of cities and municipal districts in Mendeleevsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed in the framework of the event. ExpertsoftheMinistryofEcologyandNaturalResourcesof the Republic of Tatarstanalso familiarized with the facility for placement of wastesin Mendeleevsk and arrangement of a two-stagesystem of transportation of wastes with the useofwaste transfer stations of “Mekhuborka Group”OOO. Themattersregardingselectionoftheplaceforinstallationoftheautomaticstationfor air pollutioncontrolpurchased in 2014 in the framework of the State program “Environment protection, reproduction and use of natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020” were also reviewed.

Thematteroforganizationandholdingofatwo-monthsanitaryandecologicalcampaignintheNizhnekamskMunicipalDistrictwas reviewed today in the framework of a field meeting of the Interdepartmental permanent working groupfor assurance of ecological safety under development of the Nizhnekamsk industrial hub. Themeetingwas held by the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Sidorov, and the Head of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk, Aydar Metshin. Asitwasacknowledgedduringthemeeting,atpresent, a control headquarters was created to organize and coordinatea two-month sanitary campaign. Organizational meetings have been conducted before the beginning of April with all companies and organizations of the city and the district, an interactive map with the indication of all sites and companies assigned to them was elaborated

Today, theMinisterforEcologyandNaturalResourcesoftheRepublicofTatarstanArtemSidorov is on a working trip in Nizhnekamsk, where a field meeting of the Interdepartmentalpermanentworkinggroupfor assurance of ecological safety in the course of development of Nizhnekamsk industrial nod is held.

A raid was organized today in Sovetsky district of Kazan in the framework of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign by the inspectors of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the territory of the land plot located at a 150 meter’s distance to the South-east of Samosyrovo villageof Sovetsky district of Kazan, an unauthorized waste placement site was detected on the area of 1 ha. Nineadministrative cases were initiated by inspectors of the Central Territorial Department with regard to the factof discharge of waste on to the soil. AccordingtotheAdministration of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for the Republic of Tatarstan,“Transmarket” OOO (Moscow), as well as“Management company “AS Management” ZAO are the owners of the territory. Thislandplotwasn’tusedasintended (the land was allocated for agricultural use). Administrativeinvestigationwasinitiatedtoclarify all reasons and conditions underlying administrative offence.
