A raid was conducted in Sovetsky district of Kazan

A raid was organized today in Sovetsky district of Kazan in the framework of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign by the inspectors of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the territory of the land plot located at a 150 meter’s distance to the South-east of Samosyrovo villageof Sovetsky district of Kazan, an unauthorized waste placement site was detected on the area of 1 ha. Nineadministrative cases were initiated by inspectors of the Central Territorial Department with regard to the factof discharge of waste on to the soil. AccordingtotheAdministration of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for the Republic of Tatarstan,“Transmarket” OOO (Moscow), as well as“Management company “AS Management” ZAO are the owners of the territory. Thislandplotwasn’tusedasintended (the land was allocated for agricultural use). Administrativeinvestigationwasinitiatedtoclarify all reasons and conditions underlying administrative offence.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
