StartingApril 1, 2015,allnatureprotectionservices, specializedministriesandauthorities, executive committees of municipal formations of the Republic proceeded to a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign in order to clean territories of cities and municipal districts of the Republic and put them in proper sanitary and ecological order.
Duringthefirstdaysofthetwo-monthcampaign, supervisoryauthorities(theMinistryofEcologyandmunicipalformations) revealed in the Republic, all in all, 110 violations, while 50 whereof have been eliminated; following the results whereof 87 protocols have been drawn up, including one against a legal entity, 15 against officials, and 72 against individuals; fines have been imposed to the amount of302.5 thousand rubles.
Allinall,Theconference “Ecologyand energy efficiency” was held today at the expo center “Kazan Fair” in the framework of the XVI International specialized exhibition “Energetics.Cost-effective use of resources-2015”. The event was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of TatarstanRustem Kamalov with participation of the UNIDO’s national project manager in the Russian Federation Boris Melnichuk. Participants of the conference discussed the matters related to implementation of energy-saving programs, as well as further enhancement of efficiency of the use offuel and energy resources. Apressconferencedevotedtotheannual nature protection, ecological and educational campaign “Starlingshavecome” will be held on April 6th at noon at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan(Kazan, 75 Pavlyukhina str.).
“Starlingshavecome” is an annual nature protection campaign, the central event whereof features a contest among children for the best birdhouse and birdfeeder. In the last years it united several thousands of children, teachers and their parents. Toparticipateinthecontest, childrencreatedbirdhousesthattoday still can be seen on the streets and in the parks of our city.This year, for the 4th time, the campaign will be held in Kazan. Asearlier, anychild over 6 years old can participate in the contest. Today, inspectors of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a joint raidwith journalists to the Volga and Novo-Savinsky districts of Kazan. A series of violations were revealed in the framework of the raid including unauthorized waste placement sites on 62 Yu. Fuchickstr. Wastebuildupwascausedbyillegaltradeatthebusstop “10 Microrayon”. Moreover, inspectorsdetectedlitteringof theterritory adjacent to acontainer yardon 66 Yu. Fuchickstr. Inresponsetothesefacts, administrative proceedings were initiated under Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan“Violation of Kazan beautification rules”.

Directoroftherealestateagency “InvestRealt”DianaNurgalievawasfoundguiltyin pollution of ground with hazardous products of economic activity, namely in spill of bitumen in the forestland of Derbyshki village of Sovetsky district of Kazan in the amount of more than 2 thousand tons. Violation of nature protection legislation was revealed by inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in April 2013. Theviolationentailedinfliction of harm on the environment anddamage of forest vegetation.
The Ministry of Ecology organized cleaning and removal of bitumen. InOctoberDeputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan – Chief State Inspector for Nature Protection Ramil Nizamov participated today in the program“Scrim of facts — a new day” of the radio “GTRK Tatarstan”. The topic of the program regarded holding of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign for cleaning of territories in the Republic of Tatarstan. The work on equipment of gas filling stations with systems for collection and recuperation of fuel vapors continues in Tatarstan.
In Naberezhnye Chelny, specialists of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstanfamiliarized today with operation of the closed system for dischargeof oil products at the gas filling station of “Fobos” LLClocated on Musy Dzhalilya ave. The system implies collection of fuel vaporsfrom reservoirs and fuel-dispensing units into road-tankers for further removal of vapors and their recuperation at oil delivery terminals.
