Atwo-monthsanitaryandecologicalcampaign started in Tatarstan
StartingApril 1st, natureprotectionservicesoftheRepublic, specializedministriesandauthorities, companies and organizations, executive committees of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan proceeded to a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign. Today, inspectors of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a joint raidwith journalists to the Volga and Novo-Savinsky districts of Kazan. A series of violations were revealed in the framework of the raid including unauthorized waste placement sites on 62 Yu. Fuchickstr. Wastebuildupwascausedbyillegaltradeatthebusstop “10 Microrayon”. Moreover, inspectorsdetectedlitteringof theterritory adjacent to acontainer yardon 66 Yu. Fuchickstr. Inresponsetothesefacts, administrative proceedings were initiated under Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan“Violation of Kazan beautification rules”.
UnauthorizedplacementofconstructionwastewasdetectedinNovo-SavinskydistrictonMarch 31, 2015 on the territory adjacent to the construction site on 19 Chistopolskaya str. Administrativeprotocolforviolationofbeautificationruleswasdrawn up against Chief Technology Officer of “Termoservis” LLC. Duringrecurrentinspection,it was revealed that the violation had been eliminated and the territory was in satisfactory sanitary and ecological state.
Moreover, today, in the course of the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign fellow workers of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Gorvodzelenkhoz” implemented measures aimed at cleaning of the trough territoryand washing of curb stones using special equipment.
Inthecourseofthetwo-monthsanitaryandecologicalcampaign, stateinspectorsoftheMinistryofEcologywill organize raids to inspect ecological state of social and cultural facilities, trading facilities, mass recreation places, beaches, horticultural societies, garage consumer co-operatives, as well as states of cemeteries andadjacent territories, places allocated earlier for snow storageand places for collection of construction waste and assurance of their removal. Moreover, controlwillbeexercisedoverthestateofhouse surrounding grounds, easementareasandroad-sides, as well as over sanitary state of the territories of airports, river ports, railway stations, rights-of-way of Gorkovskaya railroad and Kuybyshevskaya railroad of “RZHD” OJSCand adjacent territories, as well as coast lines.
In order to reveal on the territory of the Republic the sites of illegal placement of production and consumption wastes, all types of transport will be used, flying raids over the territories of municipal districts will be carried out, and water facilities will be inspectedusing river transport. Theinformationonrevealedlandfillswillbeimmediatelyreferredto executive committees of municipal districts to implement measures on their liquidation.
