An administrative investigation on soil with construction waste dumping in Salmachi village was opened

According to information in social networks about the cluttering of the territory in the village Salmachi of the Sovetsky district the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration immediately went to the site. During the inspection of the site, a flooded quarry was found, filled with soil mixed with construction debris. The total storage area was 640 sq. m., the volume was 4480 cubic meters. "At the time of the inspection, no work was carried out on the territory, there was no equipment. However, according to video materials in social networks, KAMAZ was seen dumping waste. In order to establish the owner of the vehicle that carried out the discharge on the above-mentioned territory, a request was sent to the Traffic Police Department for the Republic of Tatarstan," said Radik Nazmutdinov, head of the CTA. The violator will be brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection during the collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste". As specified by environmentalists, this flooded quarry is not included in the register of water bodies. To determine the owner of the land plot, the Ministry sent a request to the Department of the Federal Register of the Republic of Tatarstan.
