Violation of environmental legislation was eliminated in the Otary
During the environmental survey of the Privolzhsky district of the city of Kazan, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry recorded unauthorized waste storage on Yuzhno-Promyshlennaya Street in the village of Otary. The grit of building bricks littered the territory on a total area of 194 sq. m., the volume was 123 cubic meters.
A protocol has been drawn up against the guilty person under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection when handling production and consumption waste".
Currently, the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan has liquidated the landfill, the territory has been brought into a sanitary and ecological state.
