Free access to the Bezdna River and its coastal strip was restricted by installing a metal grid. Such an appeal was received by the Volga-Kama Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ecologists carried out a visit to the territory of the village of Nikolskoye of the Spassky district. During the survey, a fence was found directly at the water body.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the guilty person under Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the conditions for ensuring free access of citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip". Currently, the fence has been dismantled.
Let us remind that the water protection zone should be accessible to everyone who wants to approach the reservoir. A plot of water with a width of 5 m (for small rivers) to 20 m (for large reservoirs) is not subject to privatization. All fences and fences on the coastal strip are illegal.
